In 2016, I founded Collective Agency along with a team of creatives from across the US. CA was a full-service digital media agency built for organizations doing work that mattered. For six years I led strategy, creative direction, and production across video, social content, motion graphics, and rapid-response media.

The clients ranged from national nonprofits to political campaigns to Fortune 500 companies. The work ranged from multi-camera shoots to animated explainers to full content strategy. The range was enormous. What held it together was simple — we were a team who cared about the work because we cared about the missions behind it.

Building the agency taught me how to run a business, manage clients at scale, and deliver under relentless deadlines.
