We turned virtual fundraisers into broadcast-quality, multi-camera productions — complete with world-class event design, custom motion graphics, and gaming-style engagement mechanics that made audiences feel like participants, not spectators.
The innovation wasn't putting fundraisers on a gaming platform like Twitch — although we built those too, for MDA. It was the reverse: bringing real-time leaderboards, live thermometers, gamified giving, and integrated donation mechanics into professional productions on Zoom, YouTube, and Facebook.
And after every event, we collected and analyzed the data — what drove donations, when audiences engaged, where they dropped off — so that every next fundraiser raised more than the last.
The work for Family Equality, The Biden Victory Fund, Brick Education, and dozens of national nonprofits all proved the same principle: a transactional ask becomes something entirely different when you design it as a communal, emotional experience.
